The sun deck has fab views across the bays and gives everyone the space they need to enjoy the sun or the shade, which seemed always to be accompanied by a welcome breeze. On the ground floor it has an open plan kitchen, a dining and living area (double height ceiling) with 3 sets of patio doors leading onto tiled covered terrace, with table and 6 chairs, overlooking pool and sea views.
The utility/storage room houses the washing machine. Beds 2 and 3 are on the ground floor as is the family bathroom. The marble staircase from the living room leads to the master suite and galleried area with access to extensive wooden sun deck with sofa, table and two comfy chairs and mezzanine sun area with bean bags and sun loungers. The master bedroom has en-suite and great views. Fantastic walking, rowing boat hire, diving, windsurf hire, go-karting, camel and horse riding, thermal spas, snorkelling over ancient pottery, boat trips to wonderful bays and islands - all nearby..
The villa has air-conditioning to the living room/kitchen area and all 3 bedrooms. Some games are provided at the villa ie dominoes, OKEY, drafts, backgammon, cards, bat and ball, football, and a good collection of novels.
Please note the DVD players have a USB port should you wish to bring movies etc to watch. The nearby Migros supermarket has lovely Terrace Bar above it. There are also cashpoint facilities, bakery, hairdressers and a taxi rank.

The Villa has an open plan kitchen, dining/living area (double heighted ceiling) with 3 sets of patio doors leading onto tiled covered terrace, overlooking pool and sea views. The corner sofa converts to a double bed, table, 6 chairs, local sat TV, DVD.
Kitchen/Diner
Modern luxury open plan fully fitted and equipped integrated kitchen with sink/drainer, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, cookware all provided.
Downstairs is the the family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, washbasin and wc. The upstairs master suite with bath/overhead shower, twin washbasins and wc. Both bathrooms have a wonderful suspended sink with a lovely glass surface.
Bedrooms - All beds have air-con, fitted wardrobes, patio doors leading to the pool or upper terrace with fantastic views. Master double bed has a safe, TV/DVD ,en suite with bath/overhead shower, twin washbasins and wc. Bed 2 has a double bed. Bed 3 has twin beds.
Utility/storage room. Washing machine, iron board and iron. Mop and cleaning equipment. A two wheeled shopping trolley is provided for those who want to walk back from Migros supermarket, or take the dolmus to the market!

The tiled pool is Roman shaped tiled with entry steps complete with underwater lighting for those late night dips. Pool size is 30sq.m. There is an outdoor shower too.
The villa is on an elevated position which ensures that even on the hottest of days they benefit from gentle and cooling breezes. Add this to wonderful sunsets and starry skies and you have a tranquil and picturesque setting, perfect for a relaxing and carefree holiday. Lilo, inflatable ring, football, bat and ball are provided. Outdoor furniture - dining table and 6 chairs, 6 sunloungers, hammock, giant bean bags. Beautiful bougainvillea climb the walls of the villa. A grapevine and Jasmine climb the terraces. Covered terrace overlooking pool with table and 6 chairs, outside lighting. BBQ area. Upper decked terrace with sofa, cofffee table and 2 chairs, Swing, Upper tiled patio with giant bean bags to chill on. A great place for those sundowners! This is a sun-worshippers paradise.
There is a sunroom with sliding windows, in a very sheltered spot. Great if the wind gets up!
There is a Dolmus stop 5 mins walk from the villa, which runs a regular service to Bodrum and the surrounding villages on the peninsular. There are many beaches to choose from both with and without water sports, to suit all tastes. There are so many that you hardly need visit the same one twice.
Victorias Bar is walking distance of the villa, in a beautiful setting on the beach, lovely restaurant, live music, WIFI swimming pool and loungers for use of Victorias guests. Great riding school on the complex.
