Well behaved Dogs are welcome (upto 2). £50 per dog, additional deposit of £100 per dog. Dogs should not be left at the property unattended. Owners should be aware that the property is fully carpeted and they will be responsible for ensuring that dogs in inclement weather are suitably dry before allowing them into the property. Animals should not be allowed on the beds.

Self Catering Notes - This property is self catering and whilst guests are not expected to thoroughly clean the property upon departure, guests are expected to leave the property in a tidy and reasonably clean state. For example all used crockery and kitchen ware should be cleaned and put away, household waste removed from the property to the large bins located in the car park, Kitchen area wiped down and Oven/Microwave cleaned after use. Excessive cleaning requirements MAY incur a charge.
