Ensure your holiday to the Aegean Coast is truly relaxing by immersing yourself in our luxurious Penthouse. It offers total privacy and tranquility whilst maintaining closeness to a range of local facilities, bars and restaurants. Located adjacent to one of the many pools you are a short stroll from the heart of the resort whilst remaining conveniently close should you wish to return to the Penthouse for lunch on the terrace.

The vast south facing terrace can either be accessed via the fully glazed patio doors in the living room or from those in the bedroom - only from here can you fully appreciate the breathtaking uninterrupted panoramic views across the bay of Gulluk. The generous terrace offers more than enough space to relax on the loungers or enjoy an al fresco meal at the table provided. After spending a day relaxing by one of the many pools, visiting nearby towns, markets, beaches or glamorous Bodrum, what better way to spend your evening than with a cold glass of wine whilst you soak in your own private Jacuzzi.

Inside the apartment is finished and furnished to the highest standard with air conditioning, designer lighting and large Italian sofas to ensure your time spent in it is memorable. Tastefully decorated in monochrome, the high-end kitchen is unique to this apartment. It is fully equipped with modern appliances (fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, hob) with all the smaller utensils and settings for six people. Should you require them, there is a television along with a DVD player in the living space for your entertainment and any bluetooth speaker unit can easily transport your music onto the terrace. The bedroom offers a large double bed and plenty of space to move around, it includes a full height fitted wardrobe along with bedside cabinets and a dresser to ensure enough space for all of your luggage and a safe to keep your valuables secure. One bedroom also includes a wall mounted TV for those lazy holiday mornings and the other double bedroom offers the same breathtaking views. Both en-suite bathrooms are fully tiled and features his and hers basins on a granite worktop, a full sized bath with shower cubicle and WC.

The main pool area has a restaurant, bar, chill out areas and children's play area. All areas are kept clean to a very high standard.

There is table tennis, basketball court and 2 tennis courts. Wifi is throughout the resort.

Resort staff are very friendly and helpful ensuring your stay is as the resort which is first class!

The main pool attracts a blend of owners and guests where tips and information is given on latest restaurants, bars, places to visit etc. Its a real good vibe and come the end of the afternoon the bar area is the perfect place for a cocktail or cold beer in glorious sunshine while chatting to friendly owners, guests and resort staff.

How do damage deposits work?
