This delightful newly built apartment, situated in a small exclusive development, will provide the perfect location for your holiday.

Overlooking the large seasonal swimming pool and Güllük Bay with its' spectacular sunsets, the fully air conditioned apartment comprises one double bedroom, one triple bedroom (3 singles), two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a large lounge and three balconies offering views to the bay. There is plenty of room for up to five people to enjoy.

The apartment is approximately 1 km from the centre of Güllük, an authentic Turkish fishing town, yet only 15 minutes drive from Bodrum airport with direct links to many UK airports, although it is not overflown. The cosmopolitan town of Bodrum with its chic shopping and lively night-life is approximately 30 minutes drive. The nearest beach is only a 2 minute walk and other local facilities are within easy walking distance.

As you watch the sun setting across the turquoise waters of Güllük Bay from your balcony you'll soon be unwinding from the stresses of everyday life and will realise what a relaxing and magical place this is.

Why can't I call Paul (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul (the owner) a message.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
