From the owner

A luxury and spacious apartment with an excellent beach front location. Furnished to a very high standard. There are three balconies, each of which have sea views. The development features a large swimming pool (with a separate pool for young children) and a gym. The Apartment Overlooks the Gulluk Marina.

There is a dolmus (mini bus) service that can be waved down outside the apartment to take you the short ride into Gulluk. A shop for provisions is within easy walking distance.

Gulluk is a fishing town which has developed around three bays. It is a well established holiday centre with numerous bars and restaurants. There are several supermarkets for provisions and a weekly market each Thursday. Inexpensive dolmus services to surrounding areas run from the bus station.

In short the apartment provides luxury accommodation catering for most holiday needs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Geoff & Dorothy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
