This modern property is situated at Horizon Sky Resort nr Gulluk and Bodrum.

Horizon Sky is a beautiful resort, located right by the sea. Its vast array of facilities includes several outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzis, childrens pool and play area. The recent introduction of a poolside cafe bar along with tennis courts, running track and basketball court have added a new dimension to our guests experience.

This luxury apartment includes many of the features you would expect to find in a five star hotel, including comfortable furnishings, modern coneveniences and a contemporary design.

The development has recently received a Bloomberg International Property award and it's easy to see why.

The Horizon Sky resort is only a 50 minute taxi drive from Bodrum airport, and is only 20 minutes from the charming port of Gulluk via complimentary boat service.

The moment you step into the Duplex apartment, your breath will be taken away by the view through the floor to ceiling windows.

Accommodation comprises of an upstairs flexible living area including suede "corner style" sofa, dining table and a modern Kitchen. There is a balcony terrace area where you can eat "Al fresco" or simply relax on the sun loungers with a book and drink!

A trip downstairs reveals a Master Bedroom with En Suite bathroom and a twin Guest Room. Both have stunning sea views and fitted wardrobes. There is a dedicated shower room and "his and her" sinks available in the main bathroom.

On-site facilities include a choice of Swimming Pools, Childrens play area, poolside bar/kiosk and a nearby convenience store for shopping essentials. For beach lovers, there is also another beautiful beach nearby "Jasmin Beach" which is a ten mins away by car.

For the more adventurous traveller there are many options....

The pretty coastal village of Gulluk set below a picturesque mountain backdrop can easily be reached via the complimentary boat shuttle. A 35min drive from Gulluk in either a taxi or the local dolomus bus will take you to Bodrum, a buzzing thriving, artisan community where tradition goes hand in hand with designer labels, jewellery and leather.

The historic village of Iasos is a 10 minute drive away, explore the ancient ruins or simply relax by the quayside.

Why can't I call NEIL (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If NEIL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
