This is a gated community with 6 outdoor pools, an Indoor heated pool, 3 hot tubs, a sauna, steam room, gym, 7 tennis courts, basketball, shuffle board, horse shoes, volleyball, restaurants and golf on the property. Our 1 of a kind condo offers Bikes for your family to use during your stay and a Stocked kitchen with everything you need. We supply soap, paper products,dish washing liquid etc.

Wake up to the sunrise with an indirect view of the beach and pool from the master bedroom window and balcony. Our unit is ground floor in building 3, (south east side), for easy unloading over the balcony. It is 4 doors back from the large beachfront pool.

The kitchen has everything you need: coffee/espresso machine with grinder, 4 large slice toaster, blender, loaded spice rack, water filter, tea kettle, sno cone maker, grill utensils, etc. There are 3 flat screen T.V.'s. 3 DVD players, over 100 movies, cable, and a wii. We provide several bikes for your pleasure. We also have beach chairs, tennis rackets, beach toys, and a basketball for you to use. There are 5 beds and a sleeper sofa so up to 9 people can stay.

There is more than just beach here. You'll see seagulls, herons and pelicans in the morning, turtles and alligators sun at the lakes midday, and rabbits,fox, and herons come out around dusk. Enjoy miles of bike and walking trails, explore the Fort, or ferry to Dauphin Island to visit the Sea Lab and bird sanctuary. Be sure to stay long enough to experience everything.

WINTER GUESTS -- Monthly rates available. There are many activities. World class golf, fitness gym, Pilates, water aerobics, art class, card games, tennis teams, shuffleboard, horseshoes, book clubs, pot luck dinners, chartered excursions, etc. The weather is great year around here and if it is a little cold, we have a great indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool, large hot tub, steam room and sauna, to keep you warm.

Great place. Loved our stay. The only thing I didn't like was the security guard tried to make us purchase a $20 parking pass per car. Beach was clean and property was well maintained.

I wish you would have told me about the parking pass. The resort consists of 5 complexes. Ours is the only one that lets our guests park for free. The guard must have been new but I will definitely call the head of security and let them know.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Terri (the owner) a message.

If Terri (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
