Between land and sea, this charming renovated house in Guissény opens its doors for peaceful and beautiful holidays at the Pointe du Finistère. It is an amazing piece of coast that we fall in love. We love his Breton character well soaked. Everything lives intensely: landscapes, people, legends .... Ranking Furnished *** This house of 94 m² is located 3 kms from the sea and is composed: On the ground floor: a kitchen open to dining room and living room ( with wood burning stove) + wc On the floor: - 1 room equipped with 1 double bed (160x200) + tidying up - 1 room equipped with 2 simple beds (90x200) + tidying up - 1 room equipped sofa bed + tidying up. - 1 bathroom (shower) + WC EQUIPMENTS: - TV, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, iron + ironing board, fridge, freezer, board games, books, (cot + chair high on request). Possibility of renting sheets on request. FREE Internet access EXTERIOR: - Only Large wooden terrace closed 25 m² facing south - Garden table - Barbecue - Sunbathing (on request) - Parking in front of the house for 2 locations Possibility of household linen (option fee) ACTIVITIES: * We are a few steps from the market (every Tuesday), the supermarket (very well stocked), the nautical club and restaurants. * This house is an ideal point to discover the beautiful white sand beaches located 3 kms, the fishing on foot, hiking (GR34).
