1. Surrounding Area

Bright and comfortable south facing villa, located right next to the main road between Guia and Albufeira, close to the charming village of Guia, with several restaurants (famous for its Chicken "Piri-Piri"), supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, cafe and Algarve Shopping, the largest shopping centre in the region, is located within a very short drive.

Some of the Algarve's best beaches, like Galé, Salgados and São Rafael (just to name a few), the Salgados golf Course and nature reserve, as well as Portugal's only 2 Michelin Star restaurant, are located within a 10 min. drive.

Albufeira, with its marina and picturesque old town, famous for its good value restaurants, bars and live shows, is located within 10 min. drive (5 km).

For a great family day out, there are a choice of water parks, as well as the Zoomarine Aquarium and Dolphin Show in Guia.

2. The property enjoys an elevated position and is fully enclosed by a wall with fence, providing a private holiday environment. An entrance with automatic gate gives access to a cobbled driveway with parking space, right next to the villa.The pool area, surrounded by a large sun terrace with shower, brick built barbecue and sitting area, is directly accessible through lounge and kitchen

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
