This cottage offers: Living room with TV area, Dining area, fitted and equipped kitchen open to living room, a bedroom with double bed, Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Private garden terrace with umbrella and deck garden. We make available in the cottage, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and bath towels, kitchen towels Your cottage is private and is reserved on the site you will have access to other holidaymakers in the common areas and community amenities * Access freely without extra charge - the landscaped garden, terrace around the pool, solarium for afternoon reading - Coin library - Games - ping pong table - Space bbq for * Access your grills with the following supplement use - laundry (washing machine / tumble dryer) If you need information and guidance we will listen to you. Our site includes six accommodation and sympathizing with your neighbors you can exchange to discover our region. The cottage is located in a place called quiet, yet close to shopping and entertainment. We advise you, however, to have a means of transport. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Christian (the owner) a message.

If Christian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
