Located on the border between Marche and Umbria in the heart of the Apennine chain halfway between Pietralunga and Cagli but in the municipality of Gubbio, the "Le Case" FARMHOUSE extends over 40 hectares. The land all around is intended for cereal, fruit and vegetable cultivation and animal breeding (we have some pure Sardinian donkeys free grazing goats and sheep. The area is rich in forests, pastures and nature is unspoiled ... it is a place perfect for long walks and mountain-bike outings.The eighteenth century farmhouse, completely renovated with the supervision of the Fine Arts, can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 rooms furnished in poor art and all with private bathroom (3 have interior). In total there are 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and 4 bathrooms for a total of 300 square meters on two levels.A dependance with two symmetrical mini apartments consisting of bedroom with bathroom + equipped kitchen and sitting area with internet and satellite TV complete the agritourism complex

We are in Gubbio in a 1700's farmhouse + recently restored dependance under the constraint of the Fine Arts in the heart of the Apennine chain on the border between Marche and Umbria halfway between Gubbio Pietralunga and Cagli. A farm of 40 hectares of arable land, pasture and coppice is relevant to the farmhouse. A donkey farm is bred, pure Sardinian breed in extinction, and a breeding of goats and sheep.
