Description

- Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, with the glass door closed. - Children are welcome, but with recommendations from the hostess. (Note: There is a safety net on the porch and bedroom windows, but the parents' responsibility is). - Turn off the lights, turn off appliances and close the windows and doors on exiting. Even at checkout! - Never turn off the refrigerator. Always leave the ice form with water in the freezer and the bottle with water in the refrigerator. If washing the kitchen floor do not let water splash into the floor cupboard next to the refrigerator. - Throw the trash in the trash cans available inside the apartment and in the garage of the building. Even at checkout! - Washing of dishes / pans is the responsibility of the guest and not the cleaning lady. Please leave it really clean at checkout. *** Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee *** will be charged. - The apartment does not have air conditioning, but has ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Please turn them off when not in the apartment. - Checkin and checkout may be flexible, where common sense prevails. Please ask if you have guests arriving close to your arrival / departure dates. Otherwise, the hours will be the normal ones practiced: Checkin: from 15:00 and Checkout: until noon. - Nothing in the apartment is toast, but can be used inside the apartment for your comfort. Bath towels, for example, should NOT be taken to the beach. - CHECKOUT RULES: remove the garbage by putting it in the trash can, leaving the dishes clean, closing all the windows, taking out the microwave oven and the electric oven, closing the door and leaving the key in the concierge "Take care of how you found him so you could always come back. IMPORTANT NOTE: Because it is a beach apartment, with a seasonal all year round rental, the decoration is simple, just like in the photos! But, it has everything you need for a good and comfortable stay. Exactly because of this simplicity is that the price of the stay is equivalent to the most distant apartments of the promenade / beach or beaches like the beach of Morro (where the rental is more in account) and others further from the center ... and not as the competitors at the seaside (Praia das Castanheiras). We have unlimited Wi-Fi, but for a few intermittent signals, this is offered as a courtesy and this cost was not calculated in the price offered. Therefore, I offer a very well located apartment in the center of the city, in a relatively new building in front of the best beach in Guarapari, with a well below the prices in the same area / waterfront. But if you do not like it and want luxurious apartments, I can gladly indicate other places, but obviously with a much higher price. Therefore, if you have seen the photos and accepted these conditions, when you qualify, I ask you to make the assessment taking these considerations into account. Thank you!

How do damage deposits work?
