In the morning listen to the birds singing, but being at the foot of the fun of the beaches. Residential, quiet location nearest to everything, the beaches and the trade. Microcasa with 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 single mattresses and individual tanks, individual entrance, garage for 1 car, which is 1km from Praia do Morro beach, 4min by car and 16min. by car from the Guarapari Center. Paved streets with easy access. Note: The house warms up a bit because it is tile of eternit. The window that faces the street is barred. * WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEE FOR WHO TO LEAVE THE CLEAN KIT AS RECEIVED FOR THE NEXT GUESTS, CLEAN BATHROOM, LOCAL GARBAGE, CLEAN VESSELS AND CLEAN GROUND. * IF THE CLEANING IS NOT MADE OF A 100.00 FEE, IT WILL BE CHARGED BY THE APPLICATION.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Fabíola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
