Fabulous beachside location and also perfectly placed to take advantage of Guadalmina Golf Club and many others.Our apartment is in a small golfing complex in the prestigious area of Guadalmina, Marbella; and is about 30 - 40 minutes drive from Malaga airport and five minutes drive from Puerto Banus. Flights with Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch and Thomson are extremely affordable which makes this ideally suited for a quick week or weekend getaway in the sun. The apartment is fitted with underfloor heating throughout and ceiling fans in every bedroom. 24 hour security gate service also included. The living room is equipped with LCD television with DVD player and Hi-Fi with iPod dock. A Broadband internet connection with WiFi is also provided. Ceiling mounted Bose speakers in both living room and sun terrace add to the audiovisual experience. We are in the baja (beachside) rather than alta (mountainside) area of Guadalmina and the apartment itself is literally a few paces from the beach with no road in between! The complex also boasts a private pool with a separate baby pool close enough for your enjoyment (1 minute on foot!) but far away enough not to distract you from your sangria, available from the two beach bars on the beach.The apartment sits next door to the Guadalmina Beach Club, a very smart and exclusive venue serving drinks, lunch and dinner and benefiting from a lovely pool with beach views and four tennis courts Local AreaA Short 30-40 minutes drive from Malaga airport, the apartment is enviably placed for the desirable hotspots of Puerto Banus and Marbella, each providing an endless supply of restaurants, bars and superb shopping.
