It has its own shopping area and superb restaurants within walking distance. However it is within close proximity of the busier holiday areas of Puerto banus and Estapona. "The best Spanish holiday ever"

This is a very high quality apartment with every amenity at your finger tips. Well located, in quiet, enclosed grounds. the bigger swimming pool is well maintained and relatively quiet. Central for all types of holiday. near to many beaches, golf courses within touching distance, beautiful scenery to wake up to every morning. If Carlsberg could make the perfect holiday.........highly recommended

"Spacious Executive Apartment"

This is a very beautiful, well equipped apartment. My husband and I stayed here between the 19th and 26th of May with another couple. The two bedrooms were a good size and each had large en-suite facilities. The large lounge/ dining area was airy and tastefully decorated. The balcony had a large table and chairs thereby allowing us to have meals alfresco. The balcony views were over to some other lovely apartments but mainly open to a small golf course. The pool area was a good size, very clean and the spacious surrounding gardens were very well attended by a gardening team. The accommodation was faultless. San Pedro, a good sized coastal town, was minutes away by car with ample supermarkets and good restaurants etc. A car is a necessity and the apartment is a perfect base for exploring the area, being just south of Marbella and Puerto Banus and north of Estoponia and Gibralter. Rhonda is also within easy travelling distance. Fergal manages the apartment and stays nearby. He was very helpful and it was reassuring to be able to phone him if we had any queries and on occasion he would called in and gave us local information. Our flight arrival in Malaga was late evening and I had emailed him prior to our holiday so that he could leave some basic provisions until we got to the local supermarket the next day. I wouldn't hesitate recommending a holiday here.

"Amazing, one of the best holidays we have had!"

The whole experience was fantastic! This was the best holiday we have had in Spain mainly due to the beautiful apartment, excellent location and great facilities. Our party consisted of a family with little ones and it was perfect. The pools were never crowded, child friendly and of superb quality and very, very clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one. The only criticism we have is that we didn't book for long enough - with the weather being never under 30 degrees and great beeches nearby 10 days or two weeks is a must. We are definitely going to go back next year.

"Stunning. A great apartment and location"

The holiday started with a recommendation from a friend. I found Dave and Mel very accommodating and the booking easy. We booked the flights and hire car. The apartment was easy to find and comes with a secure parking place within the block which was reassuring. Stepping through the front door was part of the wow factor and the quality continued throughout the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need on a holiday. The place was spick and span and in very good order all round. Good views of the local golf course from the balcony where there is a good sized table and chairs. You can watch the early golfers while you enjoy your breakfast in the sun. The pool was excellent and safe for children. If you would rather be at the beach then there is a good choice of beaches a short drive away. The town is a short walk and has a good selection of shops and restaurants. There was a good supply of brochures and local information. It was a good base to explore the local area and it was always nice to come back and relax by the pool. I have recommended this apartment to others who have had a similar experience. Book early to avoid disappointment.

This is our third time staying in this apartment and we'd keep it on our list for several reasons. First this is a lovely apartment, well decorated, full of natural light, and part of a small gated complex. Second, it's situated in a quiet part of a very well-to-do area surrounded by golf courses, you don't have to worry about local nightlife keeping you up at night. The complex has two decent sized swimming pools which are typically quiet in our experience, the closest shops and restaurants are about a mile away. While a normal day for us has been to get up, have breakfast on the balcony, read books, swim and go to a restaurant in the evening, there are bigger attractions in the surrounding area. For those who enjoy history, then we'd certainly recommend the drive to Granada to see the Nasrid Palace at the Alhambra, the cliff top town of Ronda and it's bull-ring, Marbella's Moorish castle, or a trip to the top of the Gibraltar rock. (Hint: if you are going to the Alhambra, book your tickets on-line in advance and don't go in August when it can be 40 degrees plus!). We'll definitely be back a fourth time.

"The apartment that gets everything right ."

    Tony Harvey We have stayed at this apartment three times each time we have had a wonderful holiday. From the courteous welcome from the couple who manage the flat to our final day we were amazed that for once the people who own the apartment know what they are doing! The furnishings are spotless and tasteful everything works the kitchen is modern and the bedrooms and bathrooms superb. Our main joys were the balcony for meals and the pools that are superbly kept and just outside the door. San Pedro, a charming little town is 10 minutes away and there are a number of supermarkets nearby. Are there any minus points? Not really we found the air conditioning too noisy to put on at nights if you worry about people in the other apartments but when we were there not many other flats were occupied so we put it on on hot nights anyway!! No! have no worries this is one place that gets everything right!!

The apartment is best described as 'fantastic'. It has been beautifully decorated and is huge. It has a wonderful kitchen, a great dining area, a large lounge area and a stunning balcony over-looking part of the local golf course. It is in a beautiful setting with a quiet pool, which we had to our sole use through most of our stay. We used our holiday to unwind and relax. The evenings we spent visiting the local restaurants or driving to a wonderful local village called Benhavis where there is every restaurant you could imagine. The beach is a 5 minute drive, so a hire car is a must. In all, I cannot recommend a stay here enough, I have booked next visit for 2013 and we can't wait.
