This luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex apartment is located in Guadalmina Baja, within an easy walk (just 1.1km) to the beach and the popular town of San Pedro de Alcantara (Marbella). With a spacious interior, this super, air-conditioned apartment comprises large entrance hall, fully fitted kitchen, utility, two living rooms (one on each floor), marble floors throughout, alarm system and large and sunny south facing terraces. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor; two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. In addition, the apartment benefits from underground parking spaces for two cars. Guests are welcome to enjoy the communal gardens, children’s play area and, of course, the community swimming pool.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If María (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
