A one bedroom south facing Penthouse Apartment with panoramic views across the Mediterranean Sea.

Located in a quiet, gated urbanisation with 24 hour security the luxury 1 bed Penthouse,1 bath apartment is situated within sub tropical gardens and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Large contemporary lounge, kitchen and bathroom with sliding doors to a generous balcony with fabulous pool and sea views of Gibraltar and Africa!

The Apartment features a contemporary lounge, luxurious kitchen and bathroom with a generous living space of 99m2. There is access via Sliding doors to the large terrace (26m2) from both the lounge and the bedroom. The en suite bathroom has marble floors with a bath and shower. The fully equipped modern kitchen has a washing machine, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.

T​he Terrace​ at Erica​ is equipped​ with dining for 4, lounge area ​with 2 sun beds to relax in the privacy of your own apartment. The terrace has electric sun blinds to shade you during meal times or other times when you prefer to escape from the heat of the direct sun.

​Erica is fully air conditioned and is equipped with ​fast internet either making it easier to work or play; just connect your computer/iPad or phone to the wifi and you will be amazed by the connection speed.

The ​43 inch smart​TV is connected to ​an internet box giving full English channels and Netflix ​(signed in to my personal account) ​so you can enjoy a night in watching your choice of film​s, dramas, soaps etc.

In the lounge there is a new ​high quality black leather Sofa ​where you can either watch TV or gaze out to the Mediterranean Sea!​

The bedroom has 2 wardrobes with plenty of hangers, a safe for your passports and other precious belongings and a set of drawers.

With my apartment there is an numbered and secure underground parking space which is accessible by remote control and a lift will take you directly from the car park to your penthouse.

In the grounds there are beautiful tropical gardens with 2 large freeform swimming pools, a rest area, sauna, gym and changing rooms with showers, all for your leisure.

The resort is ideally located between Marbella and Estepona on the new Golden Mile. Within five minutes of the traditional town of Estepona, offering unrivalled sandy beaches and its charming marina. A mere 10 minute drive will find you in the bustling harbour of Puerto Banus, with its clubs, restaurants and beaches or the town of Marbella. The area offers some of the best golf on the Costa del Sol, including championship courses and golf academies.

Surrounding amenities include shops and a wide range of restaurants including the renowned Tikitano beach restaurant and the popular Laguna Village beach resort with its famous Puro Beach club. Màlaga International Airport is just 45 minutes away, and Gibraltar is even closer. Golfing, shopping, clubbing, relaxing, dining or sailing: Whatever your tastes, everything is within easy reach.

Getting around

As mentioned by car is the most convenient way to fully enjoy this part of Spain. However there is a bus stop 5 mins walk from the apartment which will take you either direction west towards Estepona or direction east towards Marbella/P.Banus.

Interaction with guest

Interaction is on offer before and during your rental...as much or as little as you need. During your rental you will be met by my property manager who lives at the complex. She is English and speaks fluent Spanish and can help and advise in many different areas during your stay. I am also available by message/email if required.

“Can't recommend this place highly enough”

We had a fantastic stay in Chris's apartment the first week in May when the weather was amazing. Everything about the place was such a positive experience which ensured that we had a very enjoyable stay. We loved the: - massive terrace with 2 comfy loungers & eating area with retractable canopy - the unobstructed views of the grounds & the lovely pool - quiet pool area - never more than 5 people there any day (sometimes no-one) Bliss - Prime location - penthouse level in centre of building - powerful air con (on 2 hr timer) - Strong wifi - high quality furnishings & appliances - secure underground parking (& complex0 with lift up to the apartment - level of cleanliness - plenty of space for 2 people - comfy bed - spacious bathroom with powerful shower - before, during & after - Chris's communication & genuine interest in our experience - amazing TV system with international & UK channels which made for a very happy hubby who was watching European football! - quietness - fi you're looking for loads to do within walking distance this place isn't for you. What we loved was that so few people were around & no-one disturbed our enjoyment of that fantastic balcony We would highly recommend a stay here, would definitely return & have already recommended the place to friends.

Beautiful comfortable apartment with excellent amenities. The views from the patio over the Mediterranean and the north african coast are stunning. It is very easy to while away the hours on the sundrenched patio. Easy access to coastal boardwalk and many top class restaurants. It is easy to recommend a stay here.

This apartment provided us with a really great holiday. We hired a car - the underground car park was perfect - and the location was spot on for exploring the many surrounding attractions. In addition to the fantastic view from the terrace - the apartment provided everything Chris describes. We didn't want to leave and certainly hope to return

“An apartment and area that rewards”

We've been there three years in a row and booked again as the complex is well managed, clean and safe. The apartment is excellent and well situated in the buildings. It's quiet and not overlooked, yet you can see the pool and gardens enjoying the morning and evening sun on the terrace. The secure underground car park is a bonus, the wifi and UK IPTV work well too. Easy to go jogging from the site and you can walk or bus to shops, beach and restaurants easily although a car is really useful.

“Excellent Apartment”

Probably the nicest 1bed apartment we have stayed in. Very clean, tidy and modern. Good sized terrace with great views. Two large pools on complex, in Sept very rarely busy, only issue is that some of the beds need replacing. We hired a car and I have to say that because of its location to bars, restaurants and beaches it would be hard work without one. Chris the owner and Lynn the property manager excellent to deal with. Try El Gourmet, 5 mins drive away for a really good takeaway if you intend eating in a lot.

Thank you Chris for a great stay. Apartment is faultless - Beautiful views, safe - friendly guard on gate - underground parking - grounds and pool carefully taken care of - lift and disabled friendly - every facility taken care of. Sauna was a bonus!!! Love the open air bathroom! Not that we used it in December. Xmas day was surrounded by beautiful poinsettias and flower arrangements around the entrance. My husband and I spent Xmas and New Year and I would recommend a car to appreciate the close areas such as the 'plush' Puerto Banus' where sitting at the harbour cafe can be a wonderful experience people watching, full of beautiful yachts. Estepona itself is vibrant and full of lovely friendly people, with cafés along the promenade. Marbella is a must. Lots of markets - just check the days out. Went up into the hills to Ben Avis, so quaint, and well kept. We have travelled to spain many times but for us this was the best. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Chris has been great, a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is a problem and he is always at the end of the phone. Apartment has Wi-fi which was a bonus. Lovely bulldog in bottom flat is called appropriately Hulk, so friendly. One of the best apartments we have stayed in- thanks Chris.. We've come home refreshed. If anyone wants to ask any questions please feel fee to e-mail me.

“Relaxed, quality and very comfortable”

The apartment is furnished to a very good standard and everything we needed was available, the lounge/bedroom/kitchen are furnished to 'owners quality' and not as a rental as we've sometimes had elsewhere. Penthouse floor shouldn't put you off, the lift was cleaned daily and very new! The apartment's balcony has brilliant views over the pool/gardens to the sea and on clear days Gibraltar can even be seen. The complex itself is well maintained with a fabulous pool and gardens and it is quite secure - the underground parking next to the apartment lift is a nice bonus. Regarding the location, there are a few bars/restaurants within walking distance (Rita's Sol y Sierra is nearest and does a mean Brit/Tapas fusion menu)) but a car is definitely needed to bring in a wider variety of options and indeed to reach some nice beaches. All in all it's a relaxing, quality and comfortable venue and with the lift it would suit both young and old..

This is a delightful apartment. Above all we needed to find somewhere relaxing and comfortable to chill quietly....and Chris' holiday home fitted the bill perfectly. It's a clean, contemporarily furnished apartment in a nicely-designed, recently-built and beautifully-kept secure, gated complex. It's got lovely grounds and nice pools too - although, as we visited in December, we didn't use them! Chris couldn't be more helpful and is clearly anxious that anyone who rents his lovely holiday home has the best possible experience. Always available at the end of a text if you need help or advice, he is a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend

How do damage deposits work?
