From the owner

Luxury Swiss Chalet in the pictureque resort of Grndelwald. The property was built in 2007 to a luxurious standard and has lots of space to accommodate 8 adults very comfortably across 4 large double bedrooms with fantastic mountain and glacier views. The Chalet is set over 4 floors. The basement has a large double garage, ski room, laundry and toilet. The ground floor has 3 double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and toilet. The other bedrooms share a large family bathroom with toilet plus a separate shower room and a further separate toilet. The next level has a large open lounge dining room, open up into the roof timber, with large opening doors all around opening onto a balcony with superb mountain and glacier views. On this level there is also a fully fitted kitchen with all equipments and a separate office/study. On the gallery level there is a further large bedroom with its own large batroom with toilet.
The Chalet works equally well for either a winter ski holiday or a summer holiday in the mountains and meadows. Grindelwald is well served with all winter and summer activities cin the town or close by.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vincent (the owner) a message.

If Vincent (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
