This is traditional three storey village house which has been tastefully renovated.

The property has been decorated in a chic style with many of the owners own photography and is also Air Conditioned.

On the ground floor there is an entrance from the street , from this door and street there are marvelous views over the hills and surrounding countryside. On entering there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, off to the right there is a large comfortable lounge with street access.

This lounge has a traditional beamed ceiling. There are two large sofas with coffee table and also a bureau to sit and enjoy a book, write or use your lap top.

On this floor there is a tiled bathroom with bath, wc and shower over bath.

There are stairs leading up to the next floor which composes of a large double bedroom with window overlooking the countryside. There is a shower room with walk in shower and wc.

This is a very special room with an open fire, large couches / day beds which you can really relax on to watch television. There is again the beamed ceiling and great decor which looks good in the traditional set up of the room. This area leads out onto a Provencal terrace where you could dine al fresco or enjoy drinks and watch the sun set.

This property is situated in the medieval village of Grimaud. This village´s long history can also be read in the streets of the village, where ancient houses with typically cross-barred windows and door frames of black lava or serpentine, bougainvillea flowered facades lining shady little lanes and squares are only waiting for your footsteps to come. Grimaud is a wonderful village to explore it also has many excellent restaurants, cafes and services.
