Newly refurbished five bed Villa with large pool and close to the beach.

Driving through this lovely part of Beauvallon you enter this attractive property through electric gates onto a paved driveway. The entrance way is through a large wooden door in a stone archway.

On entering you arrive in a contemporary open plan living space with a large lounge, dining area and kitchen. The floor has been tiled in large stone tiles, and the whole space has been tastefully decorated leading out onto the terrace, giving it a light and airy atmosphere. In winter there is an enclosed open log fire which makes it warm and snug.

There is a guest toilet off the lounge for convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and light in colour with a central work station and breakfast area. The doors going out from the kitchen open out onto a dining terrace with BBQ.

There is a dining area between the kitchen and the lounge which is ideal for eaze of use.

Upstairs the Master Bedroom with en suite and dressing room. It is a generous size with a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden, which is lovely for morning coffee. This room also has an office space with desk.

The second double bedroom upstairs has a view over the garden and pool. There is a shower room with toilet next to this bedroom.

The house has a large swimming pool with electric cover, then steps down to a large garden with trees and grass; this is lovely in summer for children to play. From the garden side there is also a walk/drive way to the beach (5 minutes walk). The house also has a BBQ area, table tennis table and large outside seating area.
