Welcome to Puddleduck Cottage. New to the holiday market this recently modernised property in Greetham village, Rutland consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), living room, garden room, kitchen and bathroom with over bath shower. The cottage has gas central heating and a wood burner.

Private parking is at the rear of the cottage. There is a fully enclosed private garden and outside sitting area to the rear of the property.

Guests have access to the shed whereby they can store bicycles or any other type of outdoor sports equipment.

Greetham is just north of Rutland Water, a large reservoir with its many tourist attractions (sailing, fishing, bird watching, cycling, walking etc). 5 min drive to Rutland Water, RSPB Bird Fair. 20 min. drive to Burghley House.

It is located on the B668 which runs from the A1 to Oakham and is about a mile and a half West of the A1. The village is ideally suited for journeys to Stamford, Uppingham and Oakham.

Amenities in the village consists of community shop with post office and two excellent pubs (The Wheatsheaf and The Plough).

    If DOROTHY (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
