WOW? Yes, really - when they see it for the first time people really say WOW! This caravan for holiday rental situated right on the dunes at North Denes, with an outdoor veranda with easy chairs and garden table looking directly to the ocean. Stepping onto the grassy dunes to get to the beach, walk north into Caister or walk along to our own park attractions without traffic is great for children, pets - well, all of us!

This static caravan is used by the owners and family and maintained to their high standard.

it is ideal for a range of holidays - older couples relax by the dunes, drive and sightsee on the Norfolk Broads and discover gastropubs. Families can visit a huge range of zoos, outdoor parks, Seaworld etc. or can simply use the beach just yards away to the maximum and enjoy the park entertainments - no need for a car.

The caravan has mains water and sewage. The gas-fired central heating and hot water boiler and oven/hob are also mains supplied - no gas cylinders to change. The accommodation is double glazed and is supplied with bed linen and towels for every let.

Full bedding and clean linen is suppiied and made up for you. Costs of gas, electic and water are all included so nothing more to pay for these! A hand towel is provided but we just ask if guests would bring their own main towels as these usually get used on the beach.

The lounge is eqipped with a large modern TV and DVD player and a smaller TV/DVD player is available for bedroom use.

Children are welcome and some games etc. are left by the owners for use of guests.

Well behaved pets are also welcome.

Seashore Caravan park is well supplied with a cafe/bar, children's amusements etc. for which no pass is needed and for those that wish to buy the necessary pass, an entertainment centre and a swimming pool with water slides. Prices vary but if you are 7 or 8 note that the price is capped at 6 people.

The park backs onto Great Yarmouth horse racing track and the greyhound/stock car track is within walking distance.

Getting around

Up to 2 cars can be parked by the van. It is a short walk to the Mash and Barrel. At reception there's taxis and buses and a mini-train run in high season.

Interaction with guest

We don't live locally but our cleaner and handyman live within walking distance. In the unlikely event of major issues the Seashore guys are on 24 hour call.

Booked a long weekend in June, What can i say.... the caravan, was comfortable clean, well looked after. with large cooker, microwave fridge/freezer. the beds where very comfortable and could hear the waves quietly breaking on the shore at night. The weather was amazing, being right on the seafront, my daughter and i woke early 4:20am to watch 3 amazing sunrises from the veranda. the last one we sat on the beach and watched seals swimming close to the shore. The site is clean and staff are very friendly, the site is very child friendly to the point the speed limit on the site are 9 3/4 ( reference to Harry Potter). This is our 2nd visit and certainly wont be our last.

I loved the caravan only one problem shower fell off holder apart from that perfect loved every minute thank you.yhank you to Ilona for all your help my grandson Riley enjoyed his lollies.
