Description

Harrow Cottage is a stone barn conversion located in the beautiful village of Great Longstone in the heart of the Peak District National Park with easy access to the Monsal Trail for walking and cycling (bike storage provided), Monsal Head, Millers Dale and the picturesque market town of Bakewell. The cottage offers a home from home, with stylish furnishings and everything you may need to ensure your comfort during your stay (including complimentary homemade jam and shortbread biscuits!). This 4 * accommodation sleeps 6 adults/children across three bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin rooms). We can also accommodate two infants at a time with two travel cots, highchairs, change mats, stairgate, fireguard, potty, bedrail and toys all being available upon request. The log burner offers a cozy environment on colder nights (unlimited supply of logs included), along with a flat screen TV with built in DVD player and a large selection of DVD's to watch, alternatively get all the family involved and have fun with one of our many board games. We have ample parking in our car park and a wonderful children's playground to the rear of the property.

Wonderful cottage perfectly situated in a village with walks from the door. Libby, our host was wonderful and communications were first class. The cottage is so tastefully furnished and is an absolute joy. The beds are the best I've ever slept in, so much so that I have recorded the mattress details with a view to purchasing the same mattress. Do try all the local pubs,the village shop and the Monsal Trail. It was such a wonderful holiday and we hope to return.

Amazing break in Harrow Cottage! Everything you could need was supplied in the cottage including a welcome pack.. which was very welcomed on our arrival..!! Cottage very clean, cosy and comfortable. Beds especially warm and comfortable for a great nights sleep. So many places of interest nearby to visit such as Eyam, Chatsworth House and Bakewell to name just a few. Local pub just over the road from the cottage which is very friendly and serves great food at good prices!! Can’t wait to visit again soon..! Thank you X

Decided to take a visit to the peaks with my wife as we needed a break from our hectic lives.ive been to the area many times but this was new to my wife. Harrow cottage is perfectly located as a base to visit all the area of this area. We had a warm welcome on arrival to this lovely accommodation which included a lovely collection of food essentials. The master bedroom has a fantastically Large, comfortable bed which we would have loved at home. Thank you Libby and Greg for enabling us to recharge ourselves in this lovely home from home.

How do damage deposits work?
