Description

Harbour View is a 2 storey luxury home, in an elevated location with stunning views of both the North and South shores of the island of Exuma. The upper level is available for rent for 2 adult guests and up to 2 children over 10. The master bedroom suite measures over 400sq ft with queen bed and views overlooking Moriah Harbour Cay The master bathroom suite with twin washbasins and large walk-in shower is a further 90sq ft.

The lounge dining area (200 sq ft) overlooks the South-side and includes a trundle bed, and fully fitted kitchenette with toaster, oven, microwave full size fridge/freezer, induction hotplate and outside barbecue.

Just a stone's throw from, and with direct access to our dock and the Ocean. With offshore deserted marine sanctuary islands just a 10 minute kayak paddle away in protected waters, where the only footprints are yours on miles of white soft sand.

The waters between Harbour View and the offshore islands is the favorite location for bone fish anglers and Kite-boarders.

We are close to the best beaches in Exuma.

The double doors lead out onto the enormous balcony of over 700sq ft where the sensational views of the turquoise waters and the deserted offshore islands are the perfect private setting to enjoy a sundowner, watch the dolphins or track the ospreys.

All floors are tiled and all rooms are fitted with fans, 12ft cathedral ceilings and air conditioning.

The upper level has a separate entrance for you to come and go as you please.

Harbour View has its own dock and two person kayaks. The home is off the main road and away from traffic noise. Shops are 15 minutes away and restaurants are from 5 minutes away. The airport is a 30 minute journey and we would recommend a rental car to explore the many beaches and island delights. Your hosts are on the lower level of the property to assist, advise, only when you want help and ensure that you have the vacation of a lifetime.

There is a comprehensive manual with full details, including directions and distances, to the many beaches, restaurants and shops, with sample menus. We welcome you upon arrival and explain where everything is, and how it works. We then respect your privacy while knowing that if you have a question or need some local knowledge, we are a "buzzer" away.
