House rules

CLEANING ON DEPARTURE House keeping includes at total of 6 HOURS. If the cleaning time exceeds 6 hours the cost for added time will be passed at our supplier last minute rate.
FIRE WORKS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
SECURITY SYSTEM The Gravenhurst Fire Department and other Muskoka towns has issued notice to owners on fees for false fire alarms which can be as much as $1500. During your stay if the fire/police department is dispatched based on a false alarm, the fee will be passed on.
