Guests are ideally situated to enjoy the wide choice of amenities available in the beautiful and historical lakeside town of Gravedona which include restaurants, bars, supermarkets, high street shops, local food market and a ferry service. The town also offers beaches, lido with swimming pools, football pitches, sports centre and popular sailing club for both beginners and enthusiasts.

The other nearby lakeside towns of Dongo and Domasso, reached by car in just 7 minute’s also offer a wide range of amenities as well as boat rental and water sport clubs.

From Gravedona the famous Italian ski resort can be reached by car in just 70 minutes and is a wonderful family friendly resort with nursery slopes and more intermediate runs for experienced skiers.

The picturesque central lake resort town of Menaggio which offers a car and passenger ferry service to Bellagio and Varenna can be reached in under 25 minutes.

The property also benefits from a sshared pacious outdoor pool.
