Description

This is the romantic getaway you've always dreamed of. Built for seclusion and privacy, this exclusive 10 acre locale is nestled amongst the redwoods and vineyards of the Russian River Valley wine country.

Built in 1968 as a private drawing studio, experience where one of the world's most iconic comic strips was drawn. With its own private four-hole golf course, our oasis in the woods puts you in the middle of all that Northern California has to offer. Just 10 minutes outside the town of Sebastopol and only an hour north of San Francisco, you'll be secluded without being out of touch. Nearby locations include the vineyards of Napa and Sonoma, the Russian River, the amazing California coast and beautiful forests of redwoods, as well as a myriad of small towns and backroads to explore in between. The area boasts some of the best hiking and biking trails in the country. Small towns and communities offer everything from the quaint and quirky, to a multitude of first-class restaurants and one-of-a-kind shopping.

However, you may find that a weekend in is exactly what you are looking for. Light a fire, cozy up with a glass of wine, and never leave the confines of your new home away from home. Accommodations are limited to 1-2 people; the studio is a one-bedroom with a California King bed, 1 1/2 baths, full-size kitchen with modern appliances, living room with a stone fireplace, WiFi, flat screen TVs, outdoor grill, covered car port, and washer/dryer. Throughout the house you will find large windows and skylights. The bedroom overlooks a deck with covered seating on one side, and a fish pond and waterfall on the other.

For over 30 years our family and friends have found a peaceful escape here. We're sure you'll fall in love with it as we did.
