Central location close to the Usher Hall, Lyceum and Traverse Theatres and a short walk to the shopping mecca of Princes Street. Within easy reach of the historic Royal Mile and Grassmarket areas.

Great selection of bars, restaurants and cafes as well as a local supermarket. Literally a 2 minute walk to the ever popular Saturday Farmers Market.

This is a recently renovated ground floor flat which boasts 3 bedrooms, large shower room with double shower and generously furnished living area. Each bedroom has a double/king size bed complete with wardrobe and drawers. The living room has a flat screen tv with built in digibox as well as a built in dvd player. The kitchen has all the mod cons including: kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob and electric over, washer dryer, dishwasher and a large selection of cooking essential as well as crockery and glass ware.

Minimum stay is 3 nights and no same sex parties (hen and stag do's)
