The property is in a quiet location near the centre of Grantown on Spey within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The house has double glazing, central heating and an open fire. It is very well equipped with all modern conveniences. The kitchen has oven, hob, hood, microwave, steamer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large flat screen TV in the lounge with basic SKY programmes, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. An Iphone dock and CD player and free WI fi are also provided. There is a cloakroom with toilet downstairs and a bathroom with shower upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has twin beds and the third has a single bed. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and plenty storage. The garden is secure and has an outdoor seating area. This is ideal for young children and dogs.

Grantown is home to many events over the summer months including a vintage car weekend and the local Highland Games and Highland Shows.
