From the owner

Bayview Villa is located in the main touristic centre of Mauritius, Grand Bay. The luxury apartment faces the bay of Grand Bay, opening straight onto the beach and offering an exquisite view of the turquoise lagoon. The apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and balcony facing the sea, and another bedroom with two single beds.

Both rooms are air-conditioned. A luxury bathroom sits between the two bedrooms. Downstairs houses an open-plan, fully furnished kitchen with bar table and a living room with flat-screen television. A creole-style patio downstairs opens onto beach and gives a stunning outlook onto the iridescent blue lagoon, completed by a daily post-card spec sunset of tantalizing colours.

Relax and enjoy the gentle breeze while watching over your in-garden barbecue, or enjoy a nice dinner and a cocktail at the classy Beach House Pub, just next door. Parking facilities are available and car rental facilities are available from the Villa Office located within the building complex, which has 24-hour security coverage.

Grand Bay is the tourism hub of Mauritius and it has developed over the last 35 years into one of the most exotic beach towns of the Indian Ocean. Life here rotates around the bay, with its crystal clear waters providing tropical warm waters for swimming all year round. Numerous agencies offer water sports facilities and leisure & big-game fishing, as well as trips to the idyllic islets off the North coast of Mauritius, each with its own unique flora and fauna. Snorkeling and diving spots are world-famous, especially around the coral reefs which shelter the silky-sanded beaches from the deep sea waves.

There are always new restaurants, cafés and late-bars opening in Grand Bay, and there is something to satisfy every soul. Shopping is boutique-type at very affordable prices, and always delivered with a smile. The North has very accessible beaches and each is a unique experience of the paradise setting offered by Mauritius.

How do damage deposits work?
