This beautiful large detached 4 bedroom villa with private heated pool, gardens, sea/mountain views and complementry WIFI. This villa is situated in the sleepy area of El Salto, near El Medano. The villa is all on one level and has recently had a major refurbishment. The furnishings are to a high standard throughout. The villa offers stunning views of the sea and mountains. The entrance to the grounds of the property is via a private automatic gate. The villa is situated in a quiet rural area and very popular with cyclists, walkers and adventure holiday makers.

You enter the villa directly into the huge lounge. You enter the villa directly into the huge lounge. Off the Lounge is the large Canarian style kitchen that consists of dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich maker infact everything you could expect from this magnificent villa, the kitchen also has a table and chairs for 4 guests. There are 4 very large bedrooms all with plenty of fitted wardrobes and quality bed covers and complementing curtains and blinds. Bedroom 1 has a double bed plus a large en suite with a huge shower. Bedroom 2 has twins beds and doors leading to a large sun terrace, bedroom 3 has a double bed and bunk beds, bedroom 4 you enter via bedroom 2 and has a double bed. The family bathroom is also on this level and has corner bathroom suite. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and laundry facilities. There are various terraces surrounding the villa where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the this beautiful property.

There is an unique Canarian style annex to Villa Paloma with consists of a large table and chairs, kitchen area, BBQ etc. This area has become very popular with our guests.

The fabulous exterior of the Villa has a 10 x 3.5 Private heated pool (heated between October and May) with Roman steps and is surrounded by a large beautiful terrace with a lawned grass area which includes patio furniture, sun loungers for 8 guests, outside shower, plus unspoilt views. There are many sun terraces and spacious areas around the villa where you can lose yourself for those quiet moments. This unique villa sleeps up to 10 guests plus infant. Cot and highchairs are provided free of charge.

Car hire is recommended at this villa.

WIFI and a laptop is provided at no extra charge and can obtained throughout the villa.

There is free Private Parking included in this villa.

The manager of this property lives nearby and is on hand in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area. The pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. Its main features are the Roman styled steps and stairs that lead into the pool . The pool is approx 1.0 metres to 1.3 metre deep. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. The pool lighting and filtration system all works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required.


Add £100 per weeks for school half term and Easter weeks.

We require a £200 deposit with the balance due on arrival at the villa or 6 weeks before the arrival date.

Granadilla de Abona

Villa Paloma is situated in the remote area of El Salto. It has breathtaking coastal views of the El Medano and the South of Tenerife. It is set in a peaceful 3000 metre plot just above the pretty Spanish town of San Isidro is just a 5 minute drive with all local amenities including supermarket, chemist, post office banks, shops, restaurants, bars and bowling alley. Yet it is only 15 minutes drive to the coast with its many beaches as well as bars, restaurants and shops and choice of recreational activities. The house is surrounded by a beautifully natural countryside. There are also local walks directly from the property. Watersports and theme parks are also just a 20 minute drive away. A car hire is necessary at this villa. There is a mini market, local bar and restaurant within walking distance of this villa. The villa is situated in a quiet rural area and very popular with cyclists, walkers and adventure holiday makers.
