Welcome to wonderful Granada and to this newly renovated apartment for up to 4 guests located in the World Herritage declared Albaycín neighborhood!

Set on the 1st floor, this lovely, bright and colorful apartment comes with an open-plan space where the living-room, equipped with HD flat-screen TV, dining area for 4, direct access to the balcony, and comfy queen-size sofa bed, and the fully equipped kitchen (featuring cooking stove, hot plate, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and washer) are located. A comfy double bedroom with king-size bed and a bright bathroom finally complete the surface of the flat.

Amenities include: Board Games, high Definition TV, movie/video library, children's toys, books and DVD player.

A bus stop to Albaycín and Sacromonte can be found just outside the door of the building, easy accessible by car (easy parking nearby).

The area is finally very well served. All kinds of stores and shops can in fact located nearby:

- Train station: 600 meters;

- Bus station: 1,5 Kilometers;

- Bus stop: less than 50 meters;

- Town centre: 200 meters;

- Cash machine: less than 50 meters;

- Restaurant: 50 meters;

- Supermarket: less than 50 meters;

- Pharmacy: 50 meters;

When visiting Granada don't forget to see the Alhambra, declared world heritage site by UNESCO in 1984, and being the most emblematic and one of the most visited points of interest of Spain. It consists of a vast defensive sight developed over the 11th century. The complex also includes the Museum of Alhambra, with items from the original monument itself.

Besides this there are other several points of interest such as the Allbayzin, the Sacromonte. The streets of Granada are filled with much cultural diversity, being specially a place to learn about new cultures and beliefs, including the wonderful gastronomy of each district.
