Nova Beach was built in 2014 and is the most luxurious and beautiful complex of Gran Alacant. The modern complex has three pools and two heated Jacuzzis. Two of the pools which are both for adults and children are located in the middle of the complex. The third pool which is a heated infinity pool and the two Jacuzzis are located in front of the complex and overlooking stunning views over the Mediterranean sea and mountains. So while you are relaxing in the Jacuzzis or swimming in the pool you will enjoy one of the best possible views of Grant Alacant.

The heated pool and jacuzzis are open all year and is heated from October to May

The apartment has a modern style of furniture and the living room has direct access to the terrace. By extension of the living room there is a large open kitchen with all the necessary equipment you need for cooking. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom and has direct access to the terrace. In the master bedroom there is 1 double bed, in the second bedroom there are two single beds. The other bathroom is located in the middle of the apartment. Inside the apartment there is a stair way leading up to the big roof terrace. (58sq.m.)

On the roof terrace you have the most beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. Here you can enjoy the sun all day, if it gets to hot in the summer there is a shower to cool down. If it anyway gets to hot, you can go down stairs to the other terrace and put out the awning, with a simple click on the remote, you will get some shade from the sun.The roof terrace is private and has barbecue, eating area, launch area, 4 sun beds and a outside shower.

The apartment has everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday.

In the living room there is cable tv and free WIFI. The apartment has air conditioning and heading system

How do damage deposits work?
