Spacious holiday home next to the pool in a modern develpment at Gran Alacant.10 minutes from Alicante airport (you can watch the planes from our roof !) and 3 minutes drive or 15 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Costa Blanca. Check-in and check-out times can usually be flexible to fit with flights.There's a good supermarket (with bakery) within a 5 minute walk and a substantial weekly market every Thursday, nearby. Excellent range of pubs (with skyports), restaurants ( Indian and Chinese as well as Spanish and English) and shops - including 2 substantial Chinese stores stuffed with things you didn't know you needed !

WI-FI is unlimited and the tv has all the main UK freeview channels.The house is on 3 floors with great views from the large solarium on the roof (with an outdoor cold shower) and 2 x double bedrooms (one twin beds, the other a double bed) with a well-stocked kitchen and double bed-settee, dining area and shower/toilet downstairs and another outside space with a big picnic table and small garden. A car isn't necessary as everywhere is walkable and there's an excellent cheap bus service to Santa Pola/Torrievieja or Alicante and even a land train up and down the hill to the beach. The cleaning and laundry charge of 55 euros needs to be left for our brilliant cleaner on departure.

Towels (including swimming towels) are provided if, like us, you prefer to fly with hand luggage only. Also, there's an iron, hairdryer and barbecue.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
