This delightful part air-conditioned apartment has stunning panoramic views across to the Sierra Mitjana mountains and the cosmopolitan city of Alicante, which has a modern marina offering numerous bars and restaurants. The apartment offers a well-furnished balcony and roof sun terrace that both overlook the large swimming pool and landscaped gardens. In addition there is free WiFi throughout the apartment.

The air-conditioned lounge area contains two comfortable sofas (one 3 seater and one 2 seater), rug, lamps, pictures, side table, lamp and coffee table as well as a ceiling fan. For your comfort during the summer months there is also a ceiling fan and for your safety, a smoke alarm.

For your entertainment there is a wall unit containing 31" flat screen TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), DVD, Hi Fi/CD system plus a great selection of DVD's, CD's

The apartment is well-equipped and furnished to a high standard for a very comfortable and relaxed stay, including free WiFi

The dining area has a table and 4 chairs plus patio doors out onto the private balcony.

The modern kitchen benefits from oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, extractor fan, iron and ironing board and cafetiere as well as a good selection of pots, pans and utensils.

The private balcony is furnished with wrought iron table, 4 chairs and plants and has lovely views over towards the pool and the mountains in the distance and also has a staircase leading to the private roof terrace.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures, shelves, mirror, built in double wardrobe, chest of 3 drawers and wicker chair as well as a ceiling fan for your comfort. There is also a safe for keeping your valuables during your stay and a hairdryer to save on your packing!

The second bedroom is a twin, complete with bedside cabinets, lamp, pictures and mirror plus a built in double wardrobe with shelving. There is also a ceiling fan for your comfort.

The fully tiled bathroom has bath (with shower screen and shower), WC. bidet and sink (with mirror over) as well as an extractor fan.

The fully furnished, private roof terrace has dining table, 4 chairs, plants and parasol as well as 2 sunloungers and 4 reclining chairs for that all important tan! This lovely terrace receives sun all day round and a BBQ is also supplied for al fresco dining and it is lit at night.

It also has lovely views across to the pool and gardens as well as the mountains and has an overhead blind which can be pulled across to provide shade if required!

A choice of three swimming pools are close by - this one being directly opposite your apartment!

There are a good variety of bars, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance and within a few minutes drive away, there are some spectacular sand-duned beaches stretching for miles. Also, there are numerous sporting activities e.g. golf, diving, sailing and tennis. Overall, this apartment offers a superb base from which to explore this delightful area of Spain.
