Wonderful place in nature, to 1400 meters from the Covered Street, close to downtown and the best restaurants and Fundis, comfort, safety and guaranteed pleasure !! Has: - 03 double rooms with box and air conditioning bed SPLIT (hot / cold) and TV's 40 "Smart 01 Cradle type playpen - large living room with two ambientas, area with double sofa bed, fireplace, LCD TV 40. "with NETFLIX and air conditioning SPLIT (hot / cold), dining table with 06 seats; - fitted kitchen with microwave, electric oven, kettle, blender and other utensils; - wi-fi in all environments. - service area; - internal and external barbecue in common recreation building area. - Integrated balcony bistro - two parking spaces. -03 bathrooms of these 02 are suites with hair dryer Taiff brand. It comfortably accommodates 06 people. This included set of bed linen, pillows and comforters / blankets / blanket.

How do damage deposits work?
