The condo Black Forest, is on Rua Alberto Pasqualine, 130 - Planalto district, one of the most charming and valued lawn. Distant only 350 meters. Black Lake, the biggest tourist attraction of the city. This condo has won the National Award "Top of Mind" of Brazilian condominiums. It is very landscaped, surrounded by woods, has a stream, little bridge, large gardens, a little cascade, which makes the stay very nice, romantic and pleasurable. The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6 people, has garage, is the duplex, very cozy, is fully equipped and furnished. It has bed linen and bath, appliances, crockery, pots, etc. It has in first. floor: 3 large windows where you can see a beautiful forest and part of the Quilombo Valley, 1 living room with 1 fireplace, 1 dining room, kitchen, full bathroom, 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, 01 plates, 01 sofa bed, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, TV, DVD. On the 2nd floor has a mezzanine where 2 single beds and at the end of the mezzanine, 01 suites in serrano style with sloping ceilings, recessed. That is, it has everything a normal home has. Who will, should only worry about packing. One thing we guarantee: For those who like a lot of green, peace, warmth, nature and safety, this is the ideal property.

Next the apartment (400 meters) has convenience store and pharmacy. At about 700 meters at the beginning of Rua FG Bier, has a mini market. The best parks and Lawn attractions are a bit distant. For those who have not purchased tour packages, we recommend renting a car because the vehicle gives us freedom to explore the beauties of the region. At the airport of the capital Porto Alegre there are shops of the largest rental companies in the country, as well as or lawn.
