Brand new Villa Turkuaz is the ONLY OCEAN FRONT private villa located directly in the HEART of GRACE BAY, walking distance from all the action!

Many try, but none can claim this genuine Grace Bay address.

This listing is for two floors of Villa Turkauz. Based on availability, it will be a combination of two of either the Ground Floor, Second Floor, and Penthouse. Let us know if you have a preference for the combination of floors, but the exact units included in this listing are subject to availability. Or, see our other listing for the entire house and get all three floors. All three floors feature private entrances.

Villa Turkuaz is a newly built 3 storey Villa comprising of three self contained 2 bedroom condos able to accommodate groups of 2 - 18!

The Ground floor condo steps out to the pool and outdoor dining area able to seat ten. The two bedrooms both have ensuite bathrooms and the livingroom offers a queen size pull out sofa to accommodate a total of 6 adults.

The Second floor condo offers a massive outdoor balcony with dining for ten and additional seating for six. The view is magnificent! The two bedrooms both have ensuite bathrooms and the livingroom offers a queen size pull out sofa to accommodate a total of 6 adults.

The Penthouse condo offers the Million Dollar View! There is no describing the feast of ocean view offered with this Penthouse balcony, it’s simply to die for. The balcony offers intimate seating for 4 and the livingroom offers casual indoor dining for 4. The master bedroom offers ocean views, balcony walk out, and a king size bed. The second bedroom offers a full bed and a garden view. Both units share one full bath. The living room and kitchen area offer full size amenities in a cozy one room design.

All bedrooms have Smart TVs and all 3 living rooms have 60 inch Smart TVs.

Our LOCATION - in the tangle of Grace Bay hotels and condos we offer an oasis of calm and privacy within walking distance of fun restaurants, bars and shops.

Our FRONTAGE - half an acre for games or special events (weddings!) with a private Cabana front and center overlooking the ocean with comfy beach chairs, loungers, coolers and a mini fridge.

Our BUILDING - it's brand new!

This Villa can be rented as a 2 bedroom, a 4 bedroom, or take the whole house with 6 bedrooms and with sofa beds it can sleep 18 comfortably! Within walking distance of the pedestrian shopping areas, you have restaurants, bars, shops and services at your fingertips.

All guests have unlimited access to the pool and deck and outside games area, beach gazebo, and parking. The property is beach front with a private beach-side cabana equipped with power and refrigerator, chaise loungers, table and chairs, sun chaise, coolers, toys... everything you need for a fantastic holiday!

Karen Kidik is your local property manager and concierge. She'll be on hand throughout your stay. Karen is Canadian and has lived in Provo for 25 years.

Other things to note:

We offer extras like private security, vehicle rental, private charter rental, and private chef.

We are available to host special events like weddings with up to one hundred guests outside.
