Description

Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home in our cozy cabin by the lake. Located on a spacious wooded lot in the gated community of Big Bass Lake, our clean 3 bedroom 2 bath home welcomes you with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We provide clean sheets, towels, paper products, along with a fully stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer. All you need to bring is food. Entertainment features include 4 flat screen HDTVs, cable service, DVD players, a Playstation 3, and WiFi. We are pet friendly. Enjoy your coffee in the screened porch and relax with a glass of wine on the deck. Air conditioner is installed June through August.

The community is on 3 lakes, with a beach, fishing on the lake, outdoor pool and recreation center with picnic area and snack bar, as well as an indoor fitness center with pool. All you need is your family/friends and food for a great time. We are 25 miles from Camel Back ski resort and water park, close to food and beverage shopping, outlet shopping, golf and horse back riding.

Please note that Flipkey requires communication with the owner to be conducted within this website. The response to your inquiry will be sent to your Flipkey inbox. Also we only we require renters to be over 21 years of age. And lastly ***our community association requires renters to be registered with security 3 days in advance of check in***, so this eliminates our availability for last minute rentals. We're sorry, but we have no control over this rule.

House rules

Renters must be at least 21 years of age unless renting with a family.
The association requires all guests to be registered with security 4 days in advance, due to this we cannot accommodate last minute rentals.

We maintain our house in a very clean condition for our guests. For excessive cleaning requirements, we may need to deduct an additional fee from the damage deposit. This is rare, but please be aware of this.
