Description

Each of the 4 lovely bedrooms have superior quality kingsize double beds which can separate to create 2 singles and are made up with crisp white cotton linen and fresh white towels for all guests. 3 of the bedrooms are 'family' rooms being able to sleep 3 or 4 allow sleeping for up to 12 if requested plus some of the bedrooms can also accommodate children's cots where required.

The 2 high spec bathrooms both have quality fitted showers and the master en suite bathroom is also fitted with a large roll top bath with all towelling provided.

The kitchen has recently been refitted to a good standard and is fully equipped for self catering and is situated adjacent to the dining room which is home to a large 12 seater dining table which can convert to a pool/snooker/table tennis table and has French doors leading out onto the patio. The lounge also comfortably seats 12 with a large 40” flat screen TV and Wii.

Finally there are the gardens, the front laid to lawn with border shrubs and the rear being accessed from French doors from the dining room and kitchen with a stone patio with table, chairs and parasol, a lawned area and a raised patio.

The prices advertised are for up to 11 people and we can possibly accommodate 1 or 2 more people on futon style bed cubes. Additional guests over 11 are charged at a rate of £25 per week/part week per head or we charge £25 per set of extra linen requested. The garden also has the facility to hire in a hot tub if that takes your fancy.

All linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly with a mid week maid service available on request. Child cots, highchairs and stairgates also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own childs bedding).

Prior to your stay we are happy to help arrange any activities you may wish to organise and answer any questions regarding the local area or things to possibly do. We can also help organise catering options at the property be it an 'a la carte' meal for a special occasion, a hearty breakfast to see you through the day, afternoon tea, or an informal barbecue in the garden.

The house is pet friendly at no extra rental charge.

Nice house, lot's of style, quiet area and friendly owner. Overall a very well placed house for visiting the area. A large selection of restaurants and takeaways make catering easy. Nearby two decent supermarkets and quick access to Portsmouth by ferry. A good place to stay if you don't want to drive as nearly everything is within walking distance.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
