Our beautiful, Georgian, Grade II listed house is situated in a conservation area, close to the town centre and beaches, with quick and easy access to Gunwharf Quays shopping and entertainment complex. There are several marinas located nearby.

The house has 6 bedrooms which sleep 16 in either King Size or Single beds (16 can be accommodated in 16 separate single beds) There is also a double sofa bed.

The house has two large walled gardens which are fully enclosed and have 2 lockable gates, making it perfect for children or those wishing to bring pets* (*Pets must be booked in advance and require an additional deposit)

Unfortunately we are unable to host hen or stag parties

We do not allow electric vehicles to be charged at the property. There are dedicated charging points at the local supermarkets. If we find that cars have been charged then we will deduct a fee of £100 from your security deposit.

Please advise before hand if you are bringing pets as an additional deposit will be required. All pets MUST be kept downstairs at all times and are not allowed onto any of the furniture. Dogs mess must be picked up from both gardens and disposed of correctly in sealable bags and placed into the outside bins only.

Bury Tower House has 6 bedrooms (1 ground floor) and 4 bath/shower rooms (1 ground floor shower room) A modern, fully equipped kitchen. A large dining table which seats 18. 2 separate sitting areas with sofas and comfy arm chairs. There is a utility area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, second fridge freezer and butler sink. The house also has a secret tower room with two chairs, perfect to escape and read a book or for children to use as a den. The two gardens are fully enclosed and safe for children with lockable gates. There is a BBQ and an outside dining area with tables, chairs and parasols. There is also an off road parking area.

An additional £100 is required for each dog. Please let Simone know if you would like to bring your dog. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on any furniture. All dogs mess to be cleared and placed into bags and disposed of in the outside bins. Failure to clean will result in a £50 charge.
Only 3 cars allowed, additional vehicles must be parked on the side roads which is free. Failure to comply with parking rules will result in a £50 charge.

How do damage deposits work?

If Kate (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
