Charming period cut stone school house (ca 1820) recently restored to its original splendour in small hamlet on the Clare/Galway border. It is close to the Burren with its unique lunar-like rock formations and renowned for its rare flora and megalithic tombs and about ½ mile from Gort 18 hole golf course. It is situated about 3 miles from the historic town of Gort for shops, restaurants and pubs and is an ideal base for touring Clare and Galway. Kilmacduagh Monastery about a mile. Galway City 25 miles. Garden furniture.

Inside: Sympathetically restored and furnished and equipped to a high standard with spacious sitting/dining room with wood burning stove and cathedral style wood beam ceilings, kitchen with electric hob and oven, separate W.C. and three bedrooms with en suite shower and W.C, one (grd flr) with a 5ft double, and stairs to one with two 4ft single beds and one (on open gallery) with a double and bathroom with W.C. Oil fired and solid fuel central heating. Duvets. TV
