This spacious house is set in a quiet location in the small traditional fishing village of Gorran Haven and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Summerfield House is a spacious property set in a quiet location in the small traditional fishing village of Gorran Haven, just three miles from the ever popular village and port of Mevagissey and can sleep six people in one super king-size double bedroom with balcony, one twin room and one child's bunks. There's also a family bathroom and shower room. The rest of the property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and there's a utility room and games room with table tennis. Summerfield House is ideal for families or couples looking to explore this popular area of Cornwall.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Sky Movies and Sports, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with decked area and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: From the super king-size double there's a balcony with external steps down to the garden, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: Max 4 adults and 2 children. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: Part of the garden including the tree house is fenced off and is therefore out of bounds to guests. Note: There is an interlinking door between this property and another holiday property, ref 915521; the door is kept locked at all times.

Town: Once a crab fishing village, Gorran Haven on the south coast of Cornwall is ideally placed to explore the many beaches and coves in the area. Gorran Haven has a small sandy beach, connecting with the longer Great Perhaver beach at low tide. Much of the coastline in this area is owned by the National Trust, including the 370 feet high Dodman Point, rising above Gorran, which is thought to be one of Cornwalls most dramatic headlands, and the cause of many a shipwreck.
