Description

The Nook is in a lovely, south facing position with beautiful sea views and overlooks the peaceful cornish village of Gorran Haven set in an area designated as being of outstanding natural beauty. We couldn't agree more. With its sunny, high ceilinged rooms and pretty, secluded gardens it offers comfortable, spacious acccommodation for up to five people and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Our cottage is very well equipped for those who enjoy cooking and dining at home on fresh local produce and for lazy summer days there is a good choice for eating out from delicious fish and chips through to fine dining all within a short walk. The Nook is detached and sits in its own grounds with the benefit of generous driveway parking. The accommodation is all on the ground floor and offers:3 Bedrooms, 1 king size, 1 double and 1 single. Bathroom with bath, basin, wc and large, separate shower. Living Room with smart tv and freeview. Large Kitchen with range cooker and american fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc and dining area seating 6+comfortably. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Utility and drying room with washing machine and tumble drier. Storage for body boards, wetsuits etc.Conservatory with comfortable seating and coastal and countryside views wi fi - superfast broadband. Outside there are several seating areas, table and chairs, bbq etcAmple parking area for both cars and a small boat or dinghy, kayaks etc. We supply all linen, hand and bath towels but guests are required to bring their own beach towels and there are no hidden extra charges.We also provide a selection of books and games available for guests to use during their stay and a detailed house book to help you get the most out of your visit.We are just a short walk to the Coastal Path and very close to both the lovely Lost Gardens of Heligan and The amazing Eden Project, so whether you are planning a seaside family break, a tour of cornish gardens or a walking holiday with friends on the stunning coastal paths of Cornwall, The Nook is a pefect base to start from.

How do damage deposits work?
