Well equipped kitchen with central island with ceramic hob. Large fridge freezer, further separate fridge. A kitchen for serious cooking if you have a mind to.

There are four double bedrooms, one twin and three bathrooms:

- one double on the ground floor next to a family shower room with wc.

- family bathroom upstairs.

- extremely spacious and light master bedroom with en suite.

- large double with windows on two sides and sea views over garden.

- twin bedroom with tv/dvd and bean bags.

- front double bedroom with a large window and a quiet view over front garden.

The house is much enjoyed by all ages and has good access and excellent facilities including a sunken trampoline, wi-fi and mobile network coverage!

Location description from owner

The England region

Gorran Haven is adored by it's regular visitors, quite a few of whom end up moving here to this quite small and very friendly community. It has a safe sandy beach with small harbour at it 's heart. There is a good village shop providing home baked pasties, wine, newspapers etc. There's a beach café and fish and chip shop.

It is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty for good reason and within a short distance in both directions there are secluded beaches.

Gorran Haven

Wosteweth is on the corner of Wansford Meadows, it's garden hedge borders Bell Hill just above the triangle in Gorran Haven. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a very short drive away. From the front door there are a couple of nice country walks inland which join up with the South Coast footpath. The house is very favourably positioned with open views on all sides, the main one being straight down the valley to the sea. The neighbouring properties are well set back. For eating out the Llawnroc hotel and bar is 5 minutes walk in one direction and the Barley Sheaf pub in Gorran is just a mile up the road. Both have good bars and restaurants, though amazingly different in style.
