THE PROPERTY - The house is a detached villa on a private plot of 1,000 m2. - We are located in the residential area of ​​Gandia, between the municipalities of Plentzia and Gorliz, one of the most beautiful and exclusive places on the coast of Bizkaia and the Basque Country. - THE HOUSE IS CONFORMED BY TWO INDEPENDENT HOUSES. - THE GROUND FLOOR IS MY HOUSING. - THE APARTMENT-LOFT OF THE VISITS - The upper floor has been designed as an independent loft within the same construction and is the part dedicated to the stays of the visitors. It is a space totally independent of our home. It has its own access through the garage of the house. The apartment has an area of ​​75 m2 and has three large windows that offer great natural light. It is an appropriate space for an occupation of up to three people. It consists of a living area and TV with a large convertible sofa. There is a complete kitchen that has everything you need for the preparation of breakfast (microwave oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, refrigerator and freezer, sink and kitchenware). There are no fire or gas plates to avoid fumes and smells in the room. It has a spacious and modern bathroom with a large window and comfortable shower. The sleeping area has a large XXL bed and if necessary a large convertible sofa. It also has a desk for work area and a nice central table as a food area. There is a large area of ​​shelves, hangers and chest for storing clothes. It is a large space very cozy and quiet that allows a stay of warmth and great privacy. THE OUTSIDE SPACES - The exterior of the house is available for the enjoyment of visitors and are made up of a large garden and a large space for vehicular circulation and parking. The outer space is topped by a large rest area and solarium that has hammocks, umbrellas and a large 16-meter pool designed for enjoyment. THE URBANIZATION AND THE ENVIRONMENT - The urbanization in which we live is an area of ​​high standing, very quiet, clean and safe. At the same time it is close to all kinds of services, (shops, supermarket, bars and leisure areas, etc ...). The distances from our house to any point of interest in the Basque Country are very short: We have a metro station 10 minutes from home, Bilbao takes 25 minutes by car, the airport 15 minutes, San Sebastian 75 and anywhere in the Basque Country in no more than 90 minutes. - Plentzia and Gorliz have a beautiful and privileged environment. We have beautiful beaches next to home, walk along the estuary to the port, historic old town, area of ​​bars and environment to enjoy our cuisine, countless activities for leisure and sports, festivals of great tradition and charm, in short what we have everything in the palm of our hand.
