The location is in my mind perfect, set on a quiet residential street, just 6 doors away from the sea front and our beautiful beach @ Gorleston - on - Sea.

Sleeps 6 people in 2 Double Bedrooms & 1 king size room.

2 air beds & travel cot are provided so can sleep up to 8 + baby

(Two off the bedrooms or the front room allow space for extra beds to go)

Our lovely house has been tastefully decorated and turned into a family home, we want others to experience the magic of where we are lucky enough to live, so we are renting our home out as a holiday let

Lovely Holiday Home by the Sea

The location is in my mind perfect, set on a quiet residential street, just 6 doors away from the sea front and our beautiful beach @ Gorleston - on - Sea.

Sleeps 6 people in 2 Double Bedrooms & 1 king size room.

2 air beds & travel cot are provided so can sleep up to 8 + baby

Our lovely house has been tastefully decorated and turned into a family home, we want others to experience the magic of where we are lucky enough to live, so we are renting our home out as a holiday let for the summer whilst we travel.

THE HOUSE - The home is a 3 storey terrace which dates from 1950 it had previously been run as a B & B in the past and then we brought it and set about turning it into our family home by the sea.

GROUND FLOOR - The Front room is a cosy TV/Games room with Smart TV, Nintendo Wii and games and two Leather sofas with low Level lighting and blankets for cosy nights, Large window.

(Room to put air bed or cots )

HALLWAY - Front door, stairs, coat rack and meter cupboard.

DINING ROOM - Nice size dining area With a Large wooden table & 6 chairs also has shelving full of family games/ puzzles and local info you will also find a bar stocked with glasses & openers so why not bring a bottle.

KITCHEN - Nice size Modern Kitchen with Gas hob & Electric cooker, dishwasher built in fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the kitchen equipment you could need

(Small stock of washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, cleaning liquids, salt & pepper in cupboard)

The kitchen has a large serving hatch through to dining room making it a sociable area to sit & cook both rooms open up onto a rear lounge with chairs to relax next to the triple bi - fold doors (Open if weather is nice - closed and enjoying the sun if a but nippy)

WC - with toilet , Sink & Washing Machine. (small amount of liquid & pegs left for your use)

FIRST FLOOR - Family bathroom with toilet , sink , bath with power shower over.

BEDROOM ONE - Boys green & blue room decorated with vinyl stickers with double bed, computer desk, few toys, lamp ,sink, built in cupboards, Large window.

BEDROOM TWO - Girls pink butterfly princess bedroom with double four poster bed, desk, few toys, built in wardrobes and lamp, Large window.

SECOND FLOOR - Lovely Attic conversion open plan master bedroom, double aspect windows, sea views, sink, king size bed, masses of space, hanging space for clothing.

(Lots of space for travel cot etc)

GARDEN - 2 doors leading onto garden with patio area (2 steps down from house) lovely for soaking up the sun and a grassed area for children to play, Washing line provided and a box of toys for the Kids (buckets , spades , balls , body board etc)

Outside tap and rear gate access leading to small service road, handy when heading back from the beach to avoid sandy carpets in the hallway.

We live on a small residential road and can usually park outside the house, it's free on street parking, but if you are coming on Public Transport we are close to sea front and all facilities Gorleston has to offer with bus stops close to house on regular basis.

The house has WIFI for internet & planning your days out and in the property you will find leaflets & newspapers which may contain money off vouchers to local attractions.

If you decide to book with us a Deposit Is required, this in taken via holiday letting and they will return after departure,if property is left as it was found and no damage.

One road to cross down the slope and your on the beach.

Gorleston-on-Sea

We live on a small residential road and can usually park outside the house, it's free on street parking, but if you are coming on Public Transport we are close to sea front and all facilities Gorleston has to offer with bus stops close to house on regular basis
