Villa à Gordes située en quartier résidentiel à 3 kms du village sur un terrain de 2000 m2 arboré de chênes blancs qui procurent beaucoup d'ombre rafraîchissante pendant la chaude période d'été.

Le terrain est clos et agrémenté d'un portail électrique à télécommande.

La piscine mesure 10 mètres de longueur et 5 mètres de largeur. Il est à noter qu'elle est à fond plat de 1.60 mètre de profondeur .

La piscine dispose de bains de soleil et d' un salon de jardin.

Elle est fermée par un mur de pierres et possède un portail verrouillable.

Elle est équipée d'une alarme conforme aux normes en vigueur.

La maison possède une terrasse de 50 m2 agrémentée d'une table et six chaises sous pergola. Vous pourrez profiter d'un confortable salon de jardin six places ainsi que d'une plancha Krampouz et de parasols.

La superficie de la maison est de 140 m2 habitables.

- 1 grande pièce comprenant une salle à manger et un salon en contrebas.

- 1 chambre avec lit en 180 cm ou 2 lits en 90 cm avec une douche et un lavabo. Chambre climatisée.

La cuisine est équipée d'une gazinière 5 feux avec un four à gaz, un four électrique, d'un lave vaisselle 12 couverts, d'un frigo, d'un frigo congélateur, d'un four micro-ondes, cafetière familiale, cafetière à dosette Senseo, cafetière à capsules Nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain, une machine à glaçons etc...

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Michele (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
