From the owner

Escape to the seaside in our beautiful holiday home within very short walking distance of Goodrington Sands.

Our property provides very comfortable accommodation for groups of up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, including 1 downstairs bedroom. Downstairs, you'll find a large open plan kitchen, dining area and living area. Our favourite feature is our large indoor hot tub with doors opening out onto the decking. Seating, BBQ and chimnea are outside on the decking for you to enjoy on warmer evenings. For our younger guests, we have a small games room with Xbox 360 and a small multi games table with pool/table tennis etc.

We welcome families or adult groups and we are happy to accept 2 well behaved dogs.

Cherry Stones is a 2 minute walk from Goodrington sands, a long sandy beach. Splashdown water park with its flumes and Youngs park with Boating lake are both located next to the beach. Paignton is ideal for families with lots to do including Paignton zoo, Steam railway, Play parks and Paignton pier within walking distance or 5 minute drive. Cherry Stones is situated on the coastal path with some beautiful walks with outstanding scenery for the more energetic. A golf course is only 5 minutes drive, again with lovely views. Nearby places to visit include Brixham, Dartmoor, Totnes, Dartmouth, Woodlands Adventure Park and River Dart Country Park (All within half hour drive). Restaurants, pubs, takeaways and small shops are located within walking distance too making it the perfect location.

How do damage deposits work?
