Welcome to 4 Carlton Manor - a luxury very spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor of a converted victorian villa,overlooking the front garden & perfectly positioned on Roundham Head. You are just a two minute walk from the long sandy beach and park at Goodrington and 12 minutes walk from Paignton with its shops, pier, cinema and restaurants.

The apartment has been tastefully decorated and furnished and is exceptionally well equipped offering all the facilities you require for that special 'mini break' or for a longer family holiday.

The apartment is light and airy with generous proportions. Sunlight floods into the lounge and main bedrooms through the 2 beautiful large bay windows that offer fabulous views across the rooftops / hills & steam rail line towards Goodrington. There are 2 bedrooms (one king size bed, 2 adult single beds), a family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle and a wc cloakroom. Well equipped, fully fitted kitchen and a large lounge diner.

There is allocated parking for one vehicle on site, on road parking ( unrestricted ) for additional vehicles on Youngs Park Road and some local roads.

Free Wifi internet is provided and there is an X box 360 with some family games as well as lots of DVDs, books and games.

If you are unable to see the dates you require ie not Saturday to Saturday please e mail and if available I can override manually

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul (the owner) a message.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
